arc21 recognises the importance of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Social Economy Enterprises (SEEs) both for the contribution they make to the economy of Northern Ireland and to public procurement in general.

arc21 is keen to encourage SMEs/SEEs to compete for contracts.

With due regard to procurement regulations, arc21 will strive to ensure that local and smaller suppliers are not discriminated against in the procurement process or specifications.
